Why a New Year Resolution?
A New Year Resolution is an affirmative goal we set to do something nice and new for ourselves.
Popular goals include resolutions to Improve physical well-being: eat healthy food, lose weight, exercise more, eat better, drink less alcohol, quit smoking, stop biting nails, get rid of old bad habits. Improve mental well-being: think positive, laugh more often, enjoy life.
Why New Year’s Resolutions Don’t Work?
Interesting isn’t it?
Most of the New Year Resolution fail as those are:
- not time bound
- without a plan
So, Is your New Year Resolution SMART?
By SMART we mean:

T – time-based, time-bound, timely
Does it really mean something to you?
Ask your self this question. Does this resolution make any good to my
- social reputation
- workplace etc
